Shipping & Returns


Domestic orders are shipped within two to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  By default packages will be sent via USPS, but other major carriers may be used.  Tracking information will be included as it is received.  Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout and all orders over $200 will receive free shipping.  Each package will be shipped with invoice stating the order number, customer information, product information and the payment information.  This invoice is necessary for any disputes or returned.


After receiving your order, please check the products against the packing slip to make certain there is no discrepancy or damage. Please inform Barkleys Fine Oils of any shipping discrepancies or damage as soon as possible. Failure to notify Barkleys Fine Oils of any shipping discrepancy or damage within five business days of receipt of shipment will forfeit your right to request a correction.

Any unopened product within 30 days of shipment can be returned for for a full refund in the same method of payment of the purchase price.  Any customer disputes/issues will be handled in a timely manner by either email or phone.


These apply to returns and exchanges:

  • The product must be returned by the customer who purchased it.

  • The product must be returned in its original container.

  • Communication with the company or the original invoice number is needed before returning.

  • All returns must be shipped prepaid to Barkleys Fine Oils.

  • If returned product is not received by Barkleys Fine Oils, the customer is responsible for tracking the package.

  • Exchanges and defective products will be processed within the normal 2-3 business days processing time.
